My name is Robin Meijer and I’m a horticulturalist currently studying agroecology at the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) in Alnarp. I live in Helsingborg, also known as ”sundets pärla” or the ”pearl of the straits”, in the western part of Scania, Sweden. At current, I’m spending most of my time completing my master’s thesis on perennial grains and sustainable cropping systems, but I also spend a lot of time volunteering at a food cooperative in town. I prefer to spend my spare time doing meaningful work, fooling around in the kitchen, baking sourdough breads, and of course, meeting like-minded people and friends.

I’m overly enthusiastic about sustainability, innovations, entrepreneurship, horticulture, agriculture, food and electric cars, and as such, these are key areas in which I’m looking for work opportunities right now.
